Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), California residents have the right to request disclosure of what personal information MotorcycleGroup collects, uses and discloses. To request such disclosure from MotorcycleGroup, please call the following toll-free number 1-833-763-2460 and press option 1 or send an email to concerns@motorcyclegroup.com.
MotorcycleGroup does not sell any California residents’ personal information that we obtain. The CCPA requires that we notify you if our expected use of your information changes over time. Additionally, if we plan on collecting a new category of information from you, we are required to notify you of this development.
You have the right to request that we delete your personal information collected and maintained by MotorcycleGroup (not including non-public personal information as defined under the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act). To request deletion of your personal information from our systems, you must call the toll-free number 1-833-763-2460 and press option 1, or send an email to concerns@motorcyclegroup.com, requesting the deletion.
The CCPA prevents companies from discriminating against California residents based on their exercise of the privacy rights under the CCPA. To designate an agent to make a request on your behalf, you must call the toll-free number 1-833-763-2460 and press option 1, or send an email to concerns@motorcyclegroup.com, with your requested designation. You may also make a verifiable request on behalf of your minor child.
We will verify requests by verifying individual’s identity and authority to make the request.
